Distant Healing

^{This healing is a mixture of talking/sharing,  long distance energy balancing and relaxation.  Usually sessions start with a telephone conversation and concludes with the person sitting or lying in a quiet place to rest and reflect and receive guidance or further understanding of the issues that have come up during the session.  Distance healing is being sent throughout the session which supports people in clearing and energising their energy fields, releasing emotions and getting a deeper understanding of a limited thought pattern or belief that may be limiting or negating your life.
 
If there is a need for chakra work or more specific energy work, time can be taken during the session and the person hangs up the phone and opens up to receive for the remainder of the time left or longer if you choose.  A report of the healing can be posted or emailed to you for your information.
