My intention is to share with you some of the things that have helped me in my life over the years. On these pages I will announce details of workshops and meetings that I will be facilitating that may help you to live a positive life.

1 day workshop - Saturday 27th Feb - 10:30 to 4:30
Monthly Get Togethers
Commencing Tuesday 9th March - 7pm - 9:30pm
Each meeting will have a central theme and will include relaxation/guided meditations
